"I highly recommend Nick Wilmot as a tour guide. he is very knowledgeable about the history and wildlife of South Africa and has a great love for nature. He and his wife Shena (if you get the pleasure of meeting her) made me feel welcomed and cared for like an adopted member of the family. They both are very knowledgeable about local places to eat and wonderful activities you can do in PE and the surrounding areas!"
"Nick of Wilmot Tours – Addo Elephant National Park Experience
Our tour with Nick of Wilmot Tours in Port Elizabeth was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, Nick’s professionalism, expertise, and genuine warmth made this a highlight of our trip.
We had the joy of seeing over 15 species during our visit to Addo Elephant National Park. Among the many animals, we marveled at the majestic elephants, kudu, red hartebeest, warthogs, and so much more. Nick’s vast knowledge of the park, its history, and the intricate details of the animals and their habitats brought the experience to life in a way that was both educational and deeply engaging.
Nick also went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He prepared a delicious lunch for us during the tour, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated touch. His culinary skills and attention to detail added an extra layer of delight to the day.
To cap it all off, Nick invited us to his home for a lovely meal after the tour. His kindness, generosity, and hospitality far exceeded our expectations, leaving us with memories we will treasure forever.
If you’re considering a visit to Addo Elephant National Park or anywhere in the Port Elizabeth area, we wholeheartedly recommend Nick of Wilmot Tours. His passion, knowledge, and personal touch create an experience that is simply unmatched."
